This Easy, No-Yeast Flatbread recipe makes the best dinnertime side on the fly. It also doubles as a thin crust pizza dough, perfect for those Italian dinner nights. Made in less than 30 minutes, this thin, slightly chewy flatbread will become your go-to for just about any dinner meal.

I do love a good flatbread, personally. I have a deep affection for all things carbs, and this easy flatbread recipe I make is such a winner.
Using just 3 ingredients, this flatbread takes no time to rise and bakes in about 15 minutes!
Super convenient for those nights when you want something fresh but have just run out of yeast or just don’t have the time for proofing dough.

I especially love this because it can also be used as a pizza dough for a thin crust pizza, too.
Versatility is such an important component to recipe creation. I believe in using what you have on hand, repurposing leftovers, and making fresh, delicious food as efficiently as humanly possible.
People presume I spend hours slaving away in the kitchen because they know I enjoy cooking and know I cook from scratch often. I’m actually a lazy cook because I’m always looking for ways to cut corners. I just don’t always have the time and energy. You can imagine how thrilled I was to come up with such a simple, yet delicious flatbread recipe like this, then.

I created this one day when I started a dough and realized I had no yeast on hand. I knew I’d made no-yeast pizza doughs before, but they came out tasting more like a biscuit and I was not impressed.
Determined to make something, anything, with my bowl of flour and salt, I created this easy flatbread recipe. I still bust this out when I’m short on time, to this day…
It creates a delicious thin and crispy crust that can hold loads of pizza toppings or looks elegant as a delicate flatbread with olive oil, herbs, and cheese sprinkled on top. Perfect for pairing with Mediterranean dinners, this easy flatbread recipe will never go out of style.

Tips for Making Easy, No-Yeast Flatbread Recipe
Drizzling the flatbread with a bit of olive oil takes it to another level. It helps the crust brown and flavors it like no other. I love using chives, oregano, or rosemary depending on the type of flatbread I’m making, but you can use whatever herbs you love most. I also recommend Parmesan cheese for a delicious flavor.
