Do I have to refrigerate my cinnamon honey butter?
After you use it, it is best to store it in the fridge to prevent it from spoiling. Do be sure to let it soften at room temperature for 2-4 hours before serving it if you have leftovers. It is much better and more spreadable at room temperature.
How long will cinnamon honey butter last?
This cinnamon honey butter will last for about one month in the fridge. It will probably not last that long though!
Do I have to use powdered sugar?
You can always use a little extra honey in place of the powdered sugar, but be aware that the powdered sugar is what helps it get extra light and fluffy.

Tips for Success | cinnamon honey butter texas roadhouse
When letting the butter get to room temperature, be patient. You do not want it melted, but instead softened for mixing all the ingredients together. Plan accordingly and set it out first thing in the morning or in the afternoon, depending on when you’ll be serving it.
When storing and using this butter later, be sure to let it come to room temperature first, but do not melt it or the ingredients will begin to separate.
This cinnamon honey butter is known for being served with hot, homemade rolls. But it doesn’t stop there. These can be served with bagels, biscuits, popovers, scones, artisan bread. Basically any type of bread.
